At Warfighter Wax Co., we stand by every candle, soap bar, and Skelly-approved scent we ship out. If you're not satisfied, neither is Sgt. Skelly — and trust us, he will raise a bony brow. Changed your mind? Not what you expected? No hard feelings.
As long as your item(s) are unused and in their original packaging we will take them back and cover the shipping to do so. Within 30 days, please initiate a return by emailing Jeremy@warfighterwax.com. Please remember to include your order number. ​​​​​​​​
Damaged or defective items
Stuff happens in transit. If your item arrives broken, leaky, or looking like it went through basic training, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo and your order number to Jeremy@warfighterwaxco.com and we’ll get a replacement or refund headed your way, no questions asked...
(well, maybe a few - but politely of course).
